David Madden
Managing Attorney
After a successful two-decade career at national and regional law firms representing corporations and high net worth individuals, Dave formed Madden Law LLC in 2025 to focus on providing cost-effective legal solutions to businesses and individuals in his local community. Dave represents clients in the areas of bankruptcy, estate planning, small business planning, commercial litigation, and commercial collections.
Dave earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and public policy from Michigan State University, and a juris doctor degree and certificate in intellectual property law from the DePaul University College of Law. He was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps Reserve in 2003 as an infantry Corporal. He resides in the Chicago suburbs with his wife and three children.
Dave is a technology enthusiast and enjoys coding and using technology to solve problems. In his free time, Dave enjoys working out and attending his kids’ school and sport events.
