Message Frequency: Our SMS message frequency will be from 50 to 1000 text messages daily across all users.

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: Many carriers charge a fee for each message sent or received. This can vary depending on the carrier’s pricing structure and whether the message is sent domestically or internationally.

Opt-In Method: Customer will Opt-In for SMS messaging from Madden Law LLC, through intake forms, verbally, filling out a paper form, maddenlawyers.com “Contact Us” web link, this agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Opt-out: Customer will be able to opt out of SMS messaging from Madden Law LLC by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message, once opted-out they will receive no further SMS communication. They can opt back In at any time by replying START.

Information you send to the Firm through this website. Please see Madden Law LLC’s Legal Notice of Terms and Conditions, which generally addresses information you intentionally send the Firm using e-mail or any contact form on this website. If you submit your name or contact information, the Firm may use it to send you information about the Firm’s services. You may opt out of receiving further information by contacting the Firm or, where applicable, by using an “unsubscribe” option included in communications from the Firm. The Firm will not sell or give your personally identifying information to other parties for their own direct advertising purposes.

Changes to this policy. The Firm may update this policy. If updates are made, the Firm will change the modification date below.
